Zemi Coaching · A Reflective Practice
How connected are you to your life?
There was a period in my life when everything appeared to be working.
I had a career. A family. Responsibilities. Goals.
From the outside, it looked like life was moving in the right direction.
Yet something felt absent. Not broken. Absent.
I couldn't always explain it, but I knew I felt disconnected from myself.
Over the years, I've come to realize that many people experience a similar feeling. They aren't necessarily failing. They simply aren't fully alive.
This assessment is an invitation to pause and reflect. Not to judge yourself. Not to diagnose yourself. Simply to notice.
I feel connected to my emotions.
I know what I genuinely need.

Closing Reflection
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is awareness.
Sometimes the journey isn't about becoming someone new.
Sometimes it's about remembering who you've always been.
